УСЛОВИЯ БРОНИРОВАНИЯ И АННУЛЯЦИЙ

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: two days before the arrival guest will receive an email message with complete check-in instructions. Check-in time is at 15:00. Earlier check-in requests might be accepted depending to the booking situation, and subject to extra charge.
Check-out time is at 12:00. Late check-out requests might be confirmed depending on the booking situation and subject to additional charge.

Cancellations
Cancellation terms are specified during the booking and depend on the tariff: e.g. in case a booking was made at non-refundable rate, 100% of the price will be withheld, in case a flexible rate was used, a full refund will be made, for example, 14 days before the arrival.

House rules
Pets: dogs are welcome to some of our apartments, but always on request and subject to additional charge. Your dog will get a dog mattress, food bowl, towel and a small welcome snack. Cats are not allowed.
Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, on the balcony, at the staircase or near the house entrance. Smoking is allowed only outside the building in the designated areas, not closer than 10 m from the house entrance.
No partying: our apartments are in a residential building where other people live. Therefore, the general rule is NO loud noises, music or partying is allowed between 10 pm and 7 am.

Damages and incidentals
If during the stay a guest makes a damage to the apartment interior, equipment or furniture or breaks any of the items, he or she will be charged the price of replacement or repair. Apartment is equipped with Finnish Design products Pentik and Iittala. Broken or missing items will be charged according to the price list provided in the guest manual.

Cleaning
Final cleaning after departure is included in the accommodation price. On request we can change the bed linen, towels and do cleaning during the stay at additional charge.
