Residence services
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: two days before the arrival guest will receive an email message with complete check-in instructions. Check-in time is at 15:00. Earlier check-in requests might be accepted depending to the booking situation, and subject to extra charge.
Check-out time is at 12:00. Late check-out requests might be confirmed depending on the booking situation and subject to additional charge.

Extra cleaning and linen
On request we can change the bed linen and do cleaning during the stay. Extra supplement per set and per cleaning will be added.
Extra beds
On request there is possibility in all our apartments to put one extra rollaway bed (90x200 cm) in the living room. Please note this will reduce living space.
Private parking
Limited number of private parking places in the house parking hall are available at an extra charge. City has some free public parking places in the vicinity of 200-500 m (space limited, availability on first come, first serve basis). There are also a couple of parking halls in the short walking distance from the house with approximate price of 12 eur /24 hrs.
Grocery package
A grocery package includes juice, milk, eggs, toast bread, cheese, ham, yogurt and berry jam. It is included in accommodation at Penthouse apartment and can be added to other apartments at extra cost.
Luggage storage
Depending on the time of your arrival and departure we can offer to store your luggage. Check the price when making a booking.
Catering and concierge services
Should you require, we may also offer catering, butler and personal concierge services. When the personal host service is ordered, our host will help with check-in, explain how everything works in the apartment and will be glad to tell the guest about main city attractions and organize a full excursion programs, including safaris. Our host will be happy to recommend for your dining experience some of our tested partner restaurants.
Our design products
A guest can purchase Pentik and Iittala home design products with a 10% discount from retail price, according to the list in the apartment
Transportation service
Airport and city transfers can be arranged upon request. We can also offer VIP transport, like MB V-class.
